The Green Bay Packers will release wide receiver Jordy Nelson, according to Adam Schefter.
Despite the departure of one of the franchise’s best receivers, Green Bay won’t be desperate for hands, as they are expected to sign tight end Jimmy Graham away from the Seattle Seahawks.
Graham hauled in ten touchdowns on 57 catches with the Seahawks in 2017. Nelson caught six touchdowns, down from previous years. However, he was without Aaron Rodgers for most of the season.
